The worst experience ever. Is this really a fab hotel? Cheating fellows. In booming.com they shown 1500. I paid 2850 for the stay. Since it's a fab hotel I booked. The uncle's as receptionist who treats the customer like their slaves. I went with family, elders. In room, full walls the paints are falling, no clean bathroom, it smells and slippery. No hot water. Such a bad experience. I don't know is this the way hotels in Coimbatore?

Nothing was there which I like.

This is very worst experience I have . I am traveling to every state for office purpose but this I feel this my mad nightmare ever have . No soep no shampoo. Smell are bad . Cleaning very bad . Very dusty bathroom . I have video

it was a very disappointing experience the room was neither clean nor hygienic. Due to this, I vacated the room and informed my colleague to book another hotel as well. Neither of us stayed there, and unfortunately, the amount we paid is now lost.

Close proximity to shops and shopping areas

As promised there was no breakfast included.Had to pay for it.Booking.com should take full responsibility on this matter .

There was no proper welcome. I believe I have a booking online. Breakfast was not provided. A toothbrush and shop were not available. The rate is too high for this facility.

AC was not working in 208 roomThe rooms were full of smoking smellThe floor was stickyThe wall next to the bed was damp and had to be conscious that we don't roll on to touch that while in sleep

I have produced my aadhaar, voter id. Still they ask for one more proof. Actually they said, we need three proofs. If you don't have three proofs then call your customer care otherwise go to other hotel. I have booked the hotel through online

Staff behaviour. They think, they are giving rooms for free

Power failure by 4 am was not restored and I couldn't sleep. Ac was not functioning throughout the night. Mosquitoes literally lifted from the bed and dropped on the floor.

Location was spot-on. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good too.

They charged more for early check-in

The location of the hotel was good..

I've booked two tripple Executive rooms for 5 pax with rooms showing 3 beds in a room including breakfast paying 700 rs. extra i.e. 4753/- instead of 4050/- without breakfast. But the hotel denied us breakfast n instead of 3 beds only 2 beds were there n they told us that the photos in the booking site were old n need to be removed. What a blunder.
